- What counts as a session?
- A visit of up to 30 minutes of continuous activity, across all your connected sites. How many pages someone views within that session doesn't matter. We filter out bot and crawler traffic and never bill for it.
- How is my plan determined?
- We add up sessions across all websites in your account. Each plan also has a maximum number of websites. If you exceed a limit, we do not charge automatically and instead suggest a suitable plan.
- Is the cookie banner included?
- No. Roots Cookie Banner is a standalone service at €15 per domain per month, excluding VAT. You can use it without an attribution plan.
- Where is my data stored?
- In the EU. We use first-party measurement, a data processing agreement and a cookieless mode for visitors without consent.
