Here's how we calculate it: every website or client gets its own tier based on sessions. Each account includes conversion events up to 20% of its session volume (minimum 25,000); above that, every block of 100,000 events costs €19. The partner discount applies to the total across all accounts.

Calculation rule for higher volumes
- 1. Determine the tier. Add up the sessions of all client accounts. Up to 250,000 that's €249, up to 1 million €549, up to 5 million €1,450.
- 2. Charge for the extra volume. Above 1 million sessions you pay €79 per extra 250,000 sessions; above 5 million, €49 per extra 250,000. A partial block counts as a full block. Once Growth plus extra volume costs more than €1,450, you automatically move to Agency.
- 3. Subtract the partner discount. 10% from 3 accounts, 20% from 6, 25% from 16 - including on the extra volume.
- 4. Optional: pay annually upfront. You then pay for ten months instead of twelve, on top of the partner discount.

Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a session?
- A visit of up to 30 minutes of continuous activity, across all your connected sites. How many pages someone views within that session doesn't matter. We filter out bot and crawler traffic and never bill for it.
- Zit er een limiet op conversies of gebruikers?
- No. Unlimited conversion types, unlimited team members. You only pay on session volume.
- Kan ik het white-label doorverkopen?
- Ja, vanaf Agency. Eigen logo, eigen kleuren en een eigen subdomein voor je klanten.
- Waar staat mijn data?
- In de EU. We werken met first-party meting, een verwerkersovereenkomst en een cookieloze modus voor bezoekers zonder consent.
